Pay Range $15.50-$17.00/hour + Tips (18+ FT/PT); $12 (14/15 year olds); $13 (16/17 year olds)

369 Management is a local family business that owns and operates 14 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. We work with our teams on a daily basis providing any and all support they need and we never ask you to do anything we wouldn’t do ourselves, that’s not our style.

• Someone who comes to work with a positive attitude ready to provide an exceptional guest experience
• A team player who excels in a fun, fast-paced environment while following brand standards as well as safety/sanitation standards
• Someone with a great attitude who has a desire to learn and is able to take feedback from their supervisor and run with it

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
