Chief of Staff to support our mission.
This role is based in
San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office at least 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Role - Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive the growth and success of the company
- Learn to anticipate the CEO's perspective and thought process to provide him leverage and unblock teammates
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO for new ideas and initiatives
- Partner with the Communications team to develop and execute internal and external communications, including preparing documents and decks on behalf of the CEO including All Hands, notes to the Board of Directors, email drafts, press strategy, keynotes, and memos
- Attend all of the CEO's meetings, and ensure that all follow ups are completed
- Work with the COO and head of product to facilitate regular executive team rhythm of business including weekly meetings and quarterly offsites
- Run the CEO's weekly operating rhythm
- Ensure the CEO has the full context ahead of all his engagements, including points of discussion, historical context, and intended outcomes
- Partner with the CEO's Executive Assistant to manage the CEO's priorities and ensure his time is spent on the highest priority initiatives
About You - 10+ years of experience operating in a product led company, ideally in a role demonstrating strong partnership with product teams
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve a common goal
- Demonstrate first principles thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- You distill complexity into clear and concise messaging. You're effective across various mediums and are excellent at working with teammates in different locations and across all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on results and outcomes
- Experience working with executive teams and boards of directors
- Speed matters. You are able to take rapid and decisive steps forward. You work well in ambiguity, create clarity for teammates and can balance trade offs between different paths forward.
