Automotive Internet Sales Representatives – Full training provided!

Driver's Village, a World Class Automotive Dealership, continues to grow and we are seeking people-oriented Internet Sales Representative to join our successful team.

This position is in-house on site - NOT remote - Our automotive mall represents over 16 brands of vehicles including Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, GM, Chevy, Buick, Lincoln, Mazda, Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Mitsubishi, VW, Audi, Porsche and Used Car Warehouse.

Are you a highly motivated self-starter with Internet Sales or Call Center experience? If so, we want you to join our growing team at Driver's Village! We are looking for a Customer Experience Team (CET) Representative to join us in supporting our dealerships and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brands. A CET Representative fields calls and e-mail leads from interested auto buyers. The representative's objective is to engage each potential client by answering their questions and providing information about vehicle needs.

Responsibilities

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs. Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network, answer phone calls or email leads in a timely manner. Follow up with customers after their vehicle purchase.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior sales, call center, internet department or BDC experience preferred but not required
• Outstanding people skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to multi-task
• Any telemarketing experience also a plus

Pay:

$15.50 - $17.00 hourly
