salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and negotiate auto claims, ensuring thorough investigations and resolution.
• Maintain a caseload of 100-120 claims, adapting to seasonal and volume changes.
• Communicate effectively with involved parties via phone and email, documenting all necessary information.
• Review coverage, policy language, statements, and support documents to facilitate claim settlements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely claim processing.
• Adhere to hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office (Tues, Wed, Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon, Fri).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of auto claims experience for non-senior roles; 3+ years for senior roles.
• strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move products, handle stress, and manage workload effectively.

Compensation:

• Non-senior roles: $50K-$60K
• Senior roles: $60K-$65K

Training and Support:

• Comprehensive training with a mentor and manager.
• Introduced to claims in weeks 3-4, going live after the first month.
